The breakfast offered a delightful mix of local and continental dishes.

Upon check-in, the reception staff's lack of warmth was immediately noticeable, leaving me disappointed especially after such a long journey. The room we received was not as spacious or bright as advertised. it felt stifling with smaller windows, which contributed to a darker ambiance. the cleanliness was not up to standard, with stained linens and unclean floors, which further detracted from the experience.

Disappointing management and service

My stay was frustrating mainly due to the poor service and management issues. Despite being offered an upgrade when our initial room smelled of cigarettes, it didn’t compensate for the lack of attentiveness from the staff regarding our requests. the hotel charged us extra for breakfast despite discrepancies in the pricing communicated by them.
